The tournament gathers students from across Vietnam to challenge themselves, collaborate, and showcase their robotics skills, creativity, and passion for engineering and technology. It also serves as the <strong data-start=\"516\" data-end=\"545\">national qualifying round<\/strong> to select teams for the <strong data-start=\"570\" data-end=\"610\">2025 VEX Robotics World Championship<\/strong> in the United States.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"634\" data-end=\"1297\">The <strong data-start=\"638\" data-end=\"673\">VEX Robotics World Championship<\/strong> is an international robotics competition held annually in the U.S., officially recognized by the <strong data-start=\"771\" data-end=\"805\">Guinness World Records in 2018<\/strong> as the world\u2019s largest robotics event. It is organized by the <strong data-start=\"868\" data-end=\"921\">Robotics Education &amp; Competition (REC) Foundation<\/strong>, a nonprofit organization committed to sustainable STEM education. Each year, the event attracts over <strong data-start=\"1024\" data-end=\"1058\">100,000 participants worldwide<\/strong>. In 2024, Vietnamese teams made a remarkable mark at the Championship, with <strong data-start=\"1135\" data-end=\"1205\">6 out of 12 teams winning awards and ranking among the world\u2019s top<\/strong>, significantly outperforming their results in 2023\u2014only their second year of participation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1299\" data-end=\"1521\">The <strong data-start=\"1303\" data-end=\"1354\">Vietnam VEX Robotics National Championship 2025<\/strong> aims to lay the foundation for future regional and international competitions, while also advancing Vietnam\u2019s presence in the <strong data-start=\"1481\" data-end=\"1520\">global robotics education community<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1523\" data-end=\"2148\">In the <strong data-start=\"1530\" data-end=\"1545\">2025 season<\/strong>, the focus shifts from merely emphasizing competition results to highlighting <strong data-start=\"1624\" data-end=\"1668\">STEM education outcomes through robotics<\/strong>. The <strong data-start=\"1674\" data-end=\"1729\">Alliance for the Promotion of STEM Education (SEPA)<\/strong> will collaborate with experts from the <strong data-start=\"1769\" data-end=\"1828\">Center for Science and Technology Development (CENSTED)<\/strong>\u2014representing the alumni community of STEM-related master\u2019s and doctoral scholars from the <strong data-start=\"1919\" data-end=\"1957\">Vietnam Education Foundation (VEF)<\/strong>. Established by the U.S. Congress in 2000 under the Vietnam Education Foundation Act, VEF aims to strengthen bilateral relations between Vietnam and the U.S. through educational initiatives.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2150\" data-end=\"2289\">Together, they will implement a comprehensive training and development program titled <strong data-start=\"2236\" data-end=\"2272\">\u201cRadiance of Robotics Education\u201d<\/strong>, which includes:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2291\" data-end=\"2663\">\n<li data-start=\"2291\" data-end=\"2391\">\n<p data-start=\"2293\" data-end=\"2391\">Training and workshops for teachers on engineering design, technical notebooks, and programming.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2392\" data-end=\"2551\">\n<p data-start=\"2394\" data-end=\"2551\">Capacity-building sessions for teachers and volunteers to serve as referees and event organizers, enhancing the local ability to host robotics tournaments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2552\" data-end=\"2663\">\n<p data-start=\"2554\" data-end=\"2663\">Inspirational exchanges and career orientation sessions for students and teachers focusing on STEM education.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Host Organization<\/h2>\n<p>The STEM Education Promotion Alliance (SEPA) is a non-profit organization committed to advancing internationally recognized, high-quality STEM education in Vietnam. SEPA places a special emphasis on supporting underserved groups, including students in rural and mountainous areas, girls, and students with disabilities.<\/p>\n<p>SEPA is the implementing body of the initiative &#8220;Radiating the Power of Knowledge \u2013 STEM for Vulnerable Children&#8221;, which has trained over 10,000 teachers in 51 districts and supported the rollout of diverse STEM learning activities, benefiting more than 400,000 students nationwide.<\/p>\n<p>In recognition of its inclusive efforts, SEPA received the Inclusive Technology Pioneer Award at the 2024 Multilateral Forum, presented by Samsung Vietnam, in coordination with the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the Ministry of Planning and Investment, and the National Innovation Center.<\/p>\n<p>With a long-term vision, the STEM Education Promotion Alliance is committed to expanding access to STEM education for all Vietnamese students, especially those in disadvantaged areas, contributing to a sustainable and inclusive foundation for STEM learning in Vietnam.<\/p>\n<p>VEX Robotics is a world-leading educational robotics platform developed by Innovation First International, designed to serve learners of all ages.
